Structural features of welded ball valve:
1. The integral welded ball valve is pressed by carbon steel seamless steel pipe.
2. The valve stem is made of AISI303 stainless steel and the valve body is made of AISI304 stainless steel by finishing and grinding, which has excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
3. Carbon reinforced PTFE inclined elastic sealing ring is used for sealing, with negative pressure on the spherical surface, so as to achieve zero leakage and long service life.
4. Connection mode: there are welding, thread, flange for users to choose. Transmission mode: handle, turbine, pneumatic, electric and other transmission structure, flexible and light switch.
5. Compact structure, light weight, easy to heat preservation and installation. The valve is generally installed horizontally.
6. It is widely used in natural gas, petroleum, heat supply, chemical industry and thermal power pipe network.
Characteristics of welded ball valve:
1. The valve body is welded by steel pipe.
2. The ball pad is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene.
3. The valve stem adopts explosion-proof design.
4. Temperature range: - 60-200 ℃
5. Drive mode: manual or turbine drive.
6. Detection standard: API 598.
