The valve cover of manual sludge discharge valve is equipped with screw, which can be directly operated by handle when the water depth is shallow; the valve plate is in conical arch shape with guide, which has small opening force; the screw and sealing surface are made of tin bronze, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. It can be used with hand and electric hoist for microcomputer control.

Structure characteristics of manual sludge discharge valve

Diaphragm type hydraulic and pneumatic quick opening sludge discharge valves are generally divided into hydraulic sludge discharge valve and pneumatic angle type sludge discharge valve. The main feature of the valve is that it adopts double chamber diaphragm transmission mechanism instead of piston type, without movement wear. The mud valve is composed of a hydraulic cylinder and an angle type stop valve. The power in the hydraulic cylinder drives the valve flap up and down to open or close the valve channel so as to achieve fluid on-off.

The piston seal of hydraulic cylinder is L-type cup. The disc and seat are soft sealed. The sludge discharge valve is controlled by hydraulic and pneumatic angle quick opening sludge discharge valve or manual two position four-way directional valve.
