Digital balance valve is a valve which can be adjusted dynamically and statically under hydraulic condition. The principle of digital balance valve is the reverse regulation in the valve body. When the pressure at the inlet increases, the diameter of the valve will be reduced automatically and the flow rate will be reduced, and vice versa. If the reverse connection is made, the regulating system will not work. Moreover, the valve plate which plays the role of regulation has directionality, and the reverse pressure can even reduce or even close the flow. Since the digital balance valve is installed to provide better heating, there is no problem of reverse installation. If it is reverse loading, it is a man-made mistake, and of course it will be corrected.
Digital balance valve belongs to the category of regulating valve. Its working principle is to change the clearance between valve core and valve seat (i.e. opening), change the flow resistance of fluid flowing through the valve, and achieve the purpose of regulating flow. The digital balance valve is equivalent to a throttle element with local resistance that can be changed. For incompressible fluid, it can be obtained by flow equation.
During the network balance commissioning, the small pressure measuring valve of the balance valve to be debugged is connected with the special intelligent instrument with hose. The instrument can display the flow value (and pressure drop value) flowing through the valve. After the dialogue with the instrument man-machine, the instrument inputs the required flow value at the balance valve to the instrument, and then the instrument calculates, analyzes and obtains the opening value of the valve when the pipeline system reaches the hydraulic balance. The balance valve belongs to the category of regulating valve. Its working principle is to adjust the flow by changing the clearance between valve core and valve seat, changing the flow resistance of fluid flowing through the valve.
What should be paid attention to when installing digital balance valve
1. the opening pipe network system of balance valve shall not be changed randomly. After the installation and test conditions are met, all balance valves shall be adjusted and adjusted with special intelligent instrument, and the opening of each valve shall be locked to achieve hydraulic condition balance of the pipe network. In the normal operation of the network system, the opening of the balance valve should not be changed at will, especially the opening locking device should not be changed.
2. no more stop valve is required. When repairing a ring road, the balance valve on the loop can be closed. At this time, the balance valve plays the role of stop valve to block water flow, and then return to the original locked position after the maintenance. Therefore, if the balance valve is installed, it is unnecessary to install the stop valve.
3. when the system adds (or cancels) the loop, it is necessary to readjust and set the additional (or cancel) loop in the network system. In principle, all the newly set balance valves and the balance valves in the original system loop shall be readjusted and adjusted (the branch balance valve in the original loop shall not be readjusted). In air conditioning and heating system, the hydraulic balance of water circulation system as the energy transmission and distribution is very important. A balanced hydraulic system is the basis of satisfying the needs of users and saving the energy consumption of operation. In air conditioning and heating system, the cooling (heat) medium is transmitted to all users by the closed pipeline system. For a well-designed pipe network system, each user should be able to obtain the design water when the opening of the end control valve (electronic control valve, temperature control valve, etc.) is * and the required flow can be obtained and the required flow can be obtained without interference when the opening of the end control valve changes. KV is the valve coefficient of the digital balance valve. It is defined as the flow value (m3/h) flowing through the digital balance valve when the differential pressure between the front and rear of the digital balance valve is 1bar (about 1kgf/cm2). The valve coefficient of balance valve when fully open is equivalent to the flow capacity of ordinary valve. If the opening of the balance valve is not changed, the valve coefficient kV is not changed, that is, the valve coefficient kV is determined by the opening. The valve coefficient under different opening is obtained by the measurement, and the balance valve can be used as the throttle element for quantitative regulation of flow.
