The flange-type flame arrester features a reasonable structure, light weight, corrosion resistance, qualified explosion suppression performance, easy maintenance, and convenient installation. It also meets the requirements for fire resistance, showing no backfire phenomenon during a 1-hour fire resistance test. The flame arrester core is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The shell passes the hydraulic test.

 

The flange-type flame arrester is suitable for pipelines, Class A fuels with a flash point below 28°C, hydrogen and oxygen liquefied gases, and kerosene, diesel, and benzene crude oils with a flash point below 60°C. It can be used on pipelines transporting flammable gases, flare systems, oil and gas recovery systems, heating furnace fuel gas networks, gas purification and purification systems, gas analysis systems, and coal mine gas emission systems.
